Fantastic service. The quality of the flowers was excellent. The service from the shop that delivered them was amazing too. They called to say what time the flowers would arrive and even changed the time and location to make the delivery easier.

Brilliant Service - Very easy to order and they were delivered the same day, within a few hours to Sicily. Beautiful bouquet, they sent me a photo. Price was very competitive. They also used a local florist which the recipient knew, so made them happy. Amazing service would Highly Recommend and would definitely use again.

A truly wonderful florist that I would highly recommend or use again myself. I wanted to send a special flower arrangement for my best friend who lives in Milan. I live in London UK. I stupidly put the wrong telephone number of the person I was sending the flowers to and the florist quickly sent me an email to sort it out and it didn't hold up the order. The person emailed me to say they were delighted with the beautiful flowers so the service was very quick and efficient and we got good value for money.

Beautiful flowers and tasty chocolate - according to my husband away from home on his 40th birthday. My only quibble was the flowers were scheduled for morning delivery, but arrived at 3:30. But considering I ordered from Texas, I am very satisfied with the service I received. I highly recommend Fiorista Donatella and would use them again!

Everything was just as i've planned to be....except the fact that the hotel reception send the flowers to another room, to another girl friend of the girl i have asked who gave them afterwards to the right recipient because she knew what is all about...but that was not your mistake...Also the roses were 7 and i expected to be more for 50€.
