The recipient were happy with the flowers received, however, I was a bit disappointed with the type of flowers sent and the bag. On the picture it had different flowers with a bow and in a nice base but the flowers were not the same when delivered. That was the only negative aspect of the flowers apart from that, I was happy got there as scheduled and overall was please.

Excellent service. The delivery was completely smooth and easy. The flowers arrives on time and looked fantastic. I was very happy that the florist actually hand-wrote my note; rather than just printing it. Even though it was in English rather than Italian. It added a personal touch to the gift. One small improvement would have been an email update that confirmed that the flowers were going out for delivery. As I just had to hope everything was fine until the recipient confirmed that she had received them. But overall, a great service, and I'll use it again.

I have waited 2 months to review the flowers to give Direct2florists time to investigate my complaint. The flowers were so bad the recipient sent me photos and said please don't send any more they are a waste of your money I forwarded this to Direct2florist and quickly received an email saying they would look into it 4 weeks passed nothing I emailed again another reply apologising and saying they would write again, the florist was perhaps busy with Mothers Day another 4 weeks have have passed nothing so my advice is to avoid Direct2florists Italy at all costs
