The recipient were happy with the flowers received, however, I was a bit disappointed with the type of flowers sent and the bag. On the picture it had different flowers with a bow and in a nice base but the flowers were not the same when delivered. That was the only negative aspect of the flowers apart from that, I was happy got there as scheduled and overall was please.

I have waited 2 months to review the flowers to give Direct2florists time to investigate my complaint. The flowers were so bad the recipient sent me photos and said please don't send any more they are a waste of your money I forwarded this to Direct2florist and quickly received an email saying they would look into it 4 weeks passed nothing I emailed again another reply apologising and saying they would write again, the florist was perhaps busy with Mothers Day another 4 weeks have have passed nothing so my advice is to avoid Direct2florists Italy at all costs

I always use Direct2Florist to send flowers and cake to my sister who lives near Naples. They have never let me down. My sister always loves her flowers and the last couple of times we have been able to add a cake to the order which is great. Always easy to order and pay and always reliable.
