I have waited 2 months to review the flowers to give Direct2florists time to investigate my complaint. The flowers were so bad the recipient sent me photos and said please don't send any more they are a waste of your money I forwarded this to Direct2florist and quickly received an email saying they would look into it 4 weeks passed nothing I emailed again another reply apologising and saying they would write again, the florist was perhaps busy with Mothers Day another 4 weeks have have passed nothing so my advice is to avoid Direct2florists Italy at all costs

The recipient were happy with the flowers received, however, I was a bit disappointed with the type of flowers sent and the bag. On the picture it had different flowers with a bow and in a nice base but the flowers were not the same when delivered. That was the only negative aspect of the flowers apart from that, I was happy got there as scheduled and overall was please.

Excellent service. The delivery was completely smooth and easy. The flowers arrives on time and looked fantastic. I was very happy that the florist actually hand-wrote my note; rather than just printing it. Even though it was in English rather than Italian. It added a personal touch to the gift. One small improvement would have been an email update that confirmed that the flowers were going out for delivery. As I just had to hope everything was fine until the recipient confirmed that she had received them. But overall, a great service, and I'll use it again.

I organised flowers last year for my friends in Italy using another site. That was a nightmare to organise, the site would not accept the Italian address, it would then not accept payment and took well over half an hour to get sorted. Flowers were not as ordered was informed by the florist that they did not have orange lilies and agreed to substitute them for sunflowers but no roses were in the arrangement and other flowers were put in instead for the price I paid I expected the arrangement to be larger on looking at the other arrangements that were delivered which were cheaper and had more flowers in them the good thing was that the recipient of the flowers liked them

The flowers arrived one day later then promised and they were not in water. I had expected there to be a base inside the bag. My daughter did not realize this till they started fading after one day Luckily she was able to use a waste basket from the hotel bathroom. She and her boyfriend are quarantined in a COVID hotel so had no access to a vase. Once she watered them they have survived nicely.

The flowers were absolutely beautiful! I ordered from the UK to celebrate my daughter's graduation from a British university. She was staying in a little mountain town in the province of L'Aquila in the Abruzzo region of central-southern Italy, and this was the only way that I could reach her with a personal gift.The florist even provided a handwritten card with my greetings to my daughter. I have used this service a few times and have always been very pleased with the flowers I have chosen. However, on this occasion I ordered two items, a pink cyclamen and a bouquet of pink lilies, neither of which were received, they were replaced by substitutes. It was disappointing, because my daughter had just found out she is expecting a little girl, hence the pink theme.

I google search a florist that would be able to deliver flowers to relatives in Italy from here in Canada. Randomly found this site. Very clear and fair pricing I thought (no coupons, however). Delivered on the exact day I requested. I order two different items. Orchids were perfect, but the bunch of tulips arrived in a mixed arrangement. Still, they were beautiful and timely. This florist was wonderful. They emailed me quickly that some flowers may take an additional day to arrive. We emailed my preference and they delivered the flowers to the hospital perfectly. They accurately described the flowers as well and were very nice. I would recommend this florist. Thanks! Questo fioraio stato meraviglioso. Sadly pretty much none of the flowers I requested were available and so was sent an email well into the day of delivery (which went into a spam box). I then received a missed call so rang back (in Italy) and had to chat in broken Italian and figure out all these alternative flowers in Italian by googling translations. I don't understand why companies sell flower arrangements they do not actually have. Also- why not tell you earlier that they need to do all these changes The bouquet that was sent ended up being completely different and bearing no resemblance whatsoever to the bright pink one I ordered. (A discount should have been offered imo.

The arrangement was very nice but was not completed as shown on your website. I wanted the American touch since it was coming from me here in the states but not that big of a deal. The card was translated although it didn't need to be as they all speak English. I have no idea if it was translated correctly or not; hopefully my original wording as also included with the flowers.
